NJMP Racing School & Driving Events features the cars driven in the Volkswagen Jetta TDI Cup, North America’s first all-diesel race series. The vehicles are all identical and adapted especially for drivers with limited track time. They are prepared & maintained by Arciero-Miller Racing’s qualified race mechanics and technicians to ensure safety and performance parity.
The TDI Cup car is powered by a 2.0-liter, 170 hp, four-cylinder TDI clean diesel engine mated to a six-speed, double-clutch, automatic DSG transmission. The car is race-modified with paddle shift system, Pirelli racing tires, race suspension and brake components, driver’s racing safety seat, FIA roll cage and an on-board fire extinguisher system.
Drivers who get behind the wheel of these cars are amazed at the power they deliver. They’re clean diesel, sure – but they’re serious race vehicles.
